Linitherm Insulation Materials

Linitherm manufacture using only the highest quality materials. All PIR boards utilise high density PIR, and vapour barriers are 100% Aluminium (not paper based foils). The tongue and grooved edges throughout the PIR and, when applicable, timber surface severely reduce any chance of Vapour Drive whilst linking all boards together creating a strong unified platform.

PAL HW has been used extensively for many years beneath all hard metals for warm roof standing seam roofing including Zinc Roofing, Copper, Stainless Steel and Aluminium. The 22mm P5 derived timber board surface has been pull out tested, and can withstand up to 400n per fixing which surpasses the 500n per clip requirement with just 2 fixings required. Due to the panels interlocking PAL HW and PIR, the boards can also be used for Warm Wall facade cladding and once fixed, creates a unified surface with no undulation at board joints.

Linitherm PGV FLEX is a unique material for all types of barrel vault roofing. PGV FLEX can be used internally to bolster insulation requirements but is mainly used for Hard Metal Standing Seam Roofing for metals such as Zinc, Copper, Stainless Steel and Aluminium. The unique notched PIR allows the material to take the barrel curve whilst ensuring undulation doesn't read through the outer skin as it would with a cut and faceted rigid board. Thermally broken fixings are used to secure the standing seam, through the insulation to the deck below
Linitherm gradient 2 degree
Like all Linitherm Materials, Linitherm Gradient 2 Degree is manufactured using only the very best materials and with absolute precision. Unlike other manufacturers, Linitherm only manufacture Gradient at a maximum of 2.02 degrees. This pitch allows a roof to drain water whilst being almost flat. By only manufacturing the one pitch measurement we are able to keep the material constantly in stock for fast turnaround and ease of use. This also makes us very competitive on price for such a high quality material

Linitherm PHW is another product that really shows the quality and innovation of Linitherm Manufacturing and quality. Linitherm PHW was initially manufactured as an attic board and is still used for this purpose. PHW  is manufactured using the same quality materials as external use boards.
Linitherm PHW is also used under Liquid Applied Roofing materials. The 10mm factory bonded timber P5 particle board provides a perfectly flat surface which will not dent under foot or show any undulation due to light loading like standard PIR. As with all  Linitherm Boards, the PIR and timber surface interlocks minimizing vapour drive and creating a single interlocked solid platform.
